I was sadden to hear of Joan's passing. But God always calls his angels when he needs them most. Joan was a very, VERY special person, colleague and would even say friend. She was always sweet and very helpful in the years I got to work with her. I know there's a lot like me, that were touched by this special lady. Fly high Joan, and show the rest of them how special you ARE to many of us that will await for our call. May God bless her family and friends during this time.

Dear Oliver family, I'm sorry to read of your loved one's passing, and may all find comfort in our Lord's word during this time of sadness. In John 11:23-26, “Jesus said to her, “Your brother will rise again.” Martha said to him, “I know that he will rise again in the resurrection on the last day.” Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?”. The above scripture is a wonderful promise from our Lord Jesus, and those who have passed on are now in the care of our Lord God, who has shown his love for us through his Beloved Son. Rest in peace, dear sister; your reward is waiting. God's continued blessings be upon you all.

Joan and I worked together in Pensacola. We also had a special bond, we worked for Charles Stokes at different Humana Hospitals. We bonded immediately and had a special friendship. She was a great worker but a better friend. Prayers for you Don and family. Donna Morris

Joan and I grew up together playing we had so much fun together she was my best friend the hours we spent swinging on her swing set. She will be greatly missed. So glad I was able to see her a few months ago what a great visit. What a wonderful and beautiful friend.
