Rodney & the whole family - of all the challenges of living hundreds of miles away these are the most difficult, when someone you love, when a whole family you love is hurting the way we know you are and we can't be there to help you, to hold you, to cry with you, to pray with you... I don't have the words to express how Ann & I are saddened by Tonya passing, but may I rejoice in the fact Tonya is not only out of pain she is in the presence of her Lord!!! Tonya was an extremely special person in so many ways and the legacy she leaves behind will be evident when Jesus returns to this earth the second time!! I'm so sorry we can't be there during this difficult time, but our prayers will continue many days!!, "Because He lives we can face the future". With love Jim & Ann Spears

I am saddened to learn of Tonya's death. I taught her ar Brooks High School--ever how many years ago-- and always found her to be kind, helpful and pleasant. My condolences go to all her family and her high school classmates as well. May peace and comfort go with you all.

I always loved Tonya. She was such a loving and fun person. During the last few months she and I had reconnected and talked a lot on Facebook. She and I were both in Houston together back in February. My prayers are with all of you!

I'm so sorry for the loss of a beautiful woman. I loved running into her and Regina in Glenda's shop. She was always smiling and so very friendly! I've always admired the way Glenda and her girls worked together on many projects. I've been able to know her son a little at school and he is a wonderful young man. Her time here was far too short but she did a great job in all her roles.
