Amy had what some would call a "kind soul". I saw it when she was a little girl and watched her display this character as she grew into adulthood.
But the courage she had these last few years is what stands out the most. I'm reminded of a quote by Mickey Mantle, “Bravery is a complicated thing to describe. You can’t say it’s three feet long and two feet wide and that it weighs four hundred pounds or that it’s colored bright blue or that it sounds like a piano or that it smells like roses. It’s a quality, not a thing.”
Amy had quality but that should not be a surprise; the entire Evans family is made up of this quality.

Dear Amy,
By now your in the healing arms of Jesus. You were such an inspiration to me when I was sick and your kindness and thoughtfulness was so appreciated and such a blessing. Im sad your gone, but then again, your walking on those Streets of Gold and you have such Peace and Joy now. It passes all human understanding. Only Angels now know what you know and feel.

I cannot properly express the depths of my sorrow and proper condolences in the loss of Amy to her family in words alone There are none with enough strength or depth to properly convey the beauty of Amy, inside and out, or the magnitude of tragedy that comes with her leaving this earth.
