Obituary of Sarah Butler

Sarah Alice Butler, 70, of Florence, passed away March 16, 2010, at her residence after a brief illness. She was a homemaker, and member of Stutts Road Church of Christ.
Survivors include:
Husband: William Louis "Jackie" Butler
Son: William Lynne Butler of Florence
Daughters: Bridget Carol Butler and Michelle Leigh Butler, of Florence
Brother: Jimmy Smith of Killen
Sister: Shirley Cooper of Florence
Grandchildren: Kasey and Kody Butler
Preceded in death by:
Parents: James Ezra and Vera Mae Smith
Sister: Margaret Ann Mitchell
Visitation will be Thursday, May 18, from 5:00-9:00pm at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Friday at 2:00pm at the Stutts Road Church of Christ with Bro. Charles Kretzer officiating. The body will lie in state at the church from 1:00-2:00pm. Burial will be in Shiloh Church of Christ Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Steve Mitchell, George Cooper, Tim Cooper, Kerry Cooper, Chris Short, and Kevin Short.
The family would like to thank Northwest Alabama Cancer Center and North Alabama Hospice for their care.
