William Owen McGee, 70, of Florence, AL, passed away January 11, 2016 after an extended illness. Mr. McGee was a United States Army Veteran, retired Iron Worker, and member of Iron Workers Local Union #477.
Mr. McGee is survived by: Son: Keith McGee Sisters: Cecilia Carroll & Elizabeth McGee (6) Grandchildren
He was preceded in death by parents Buford Thomas McGee and Clara Mae Stutts McGee; wife Betty Joyce McGee; and brother John McGee.
Visitation will be Friday, January 15, 2016 from 4-6:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Saturday at 1:00 P.M. with Bro. Perry Taylor officiating. Burial will be in Atlas Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Michael Brothers, Ricky Cannon, Marvin Prince, Jeb Miles, Neal Chapin, and Tony Murray.
Greenhill Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
