Obituary of Elsie Brown

Elsie Justine Kilgore Brown, 93, of Greenhill, passed away June 4, 2015 at Lauderdale Christian Nursing Home. She was a retired LPN from ECM Hospital and a member of Greenhill First Baptist Church. Survivors include: Sons: Jimmie Brown (Gwen) - Brandon, MS Charles Brown (Nancy) - Green Hill, AL Brother: James Kilgore (Diana) - Spring Hill, FL Grandchildren: James Robert Brown (Margie) - Mobile, AL Deborah Winchester (Lee) - Milan, TN Jennifer Gray (Jeff) - Green Hill, AL Jeffrey Brown (Shelley) - Green Hill, AL Darby Williams (Dean) - Vanceboro, NC Great Grandchildren: Zack, Nick, & Carley Winchester Sydney & Connor Gray Austin & Erin Brown Aston & Bryce Harris Preceded in death by: Husband: James Homer Brown Parents: Wiley & Pearl Kilgore Sister: Estelle Coffey Brother: Wiley Kilgore, Jr. Visitation will be Saturday, June 6, from 6:00-8:00pm at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Sunday at 2:00pm in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Gregg Woodard officiating. Burial will follow in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be James Brown, Jeffrey Brown, Jeff Gray, Connor Gray, Austin Brown, and Jimmy Clemmons. The family would like to issue a special thanks to the staffs of Green Oaks Inn, Florence, AL and Lauderdale Christian Nursing Home for their loving care.
