Charles Irvin Thigpen, 85, of Killen, passed away December 14, 2024, at Hospice Family Care in Huntsville, AL. He was self-employed and a member of Center Hill Church of Christ.
Survivors include:
Wife: Ruby Holden Thigpen
Son: Terry Thigpen (Mona)
Daughters: Teresa Balentine (Robbie) & Tammy Cole
(7) Grandchildren; (12) great grandchildren
Preceded in death by:
Parents: John J. Thigpen & Cillia Thigpen
Brothers: Virgil Thigpen, Clarence Thigpen, Brandon Thigpen, Donald Thigpen &
Billy Thigpen
Sister: Elizabeth Lash
Visitation will be on Monday, December 16, 2024, from 12:00 – 2:00pm, at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2:00pm, in the funeral home chapel, with Bro. Greg Dial officiating. Burial will be at Center Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be: Blake Balentine, Tyler Thigpen, Colby Balentine, Seth Cole, Tyler Young, Kenny Williams, Alejandro Johnson & Terry McMurtrey
