Dear Hamner family, I'm sorry to read of your loved one's passing, and may all find comfort in our Lord's word during this time of sadness. In John 11:23-26, “Jesus said to her, “Your brother will rise again.” Martha said to him, “I know that he will rise again in the resurrection on the last day.” Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?”. The above scripture is a wonderful promise from our Lord Jesus, and those who have passed on are now in the care of our Lord God, who has shown his love for us through his Beloved Son. Rest in peace, dear brother; your reward is waiting. God's continued blessings be upon you all. .

Thank you Jim, he loved his job...always told us kids, " you better enjoy what you do as it is where you spend most of your time, makes home life better too" - I am thankful to hear what kind of boss, man he was outside of being our Dad, but I must say, he was the one heck of a Dad and friend...God bless you and yours

My mother, Irma always called Troy "Toddy" because he had platinum blond hair and followed her everywhere. He was her's, having so many others that needed Mary's attention, he was her chosen. Grew into a remarkable man, who was a mix of a man that personified a man's man, with one whose kindness & love transformed boundaries. The later years he, as neighbors would bicycle over to see about mom on a daily bases. Along with a trail of dogs..... So Troy. We Love you dearest uncle Troy! An enigma is gone
