Mrs. Stults was an inspiration to everyone who knew her .She was one of my Favorite teachers of all time . She had patience and always took the time to help each of us whether it was cooking, sewing, or even baking a baked Alaska cake . At Mrs Stults retirement luncheon she said something I will never forget. When asked what she was going to do with her time she replied, “I’m going to be more active in my church”. Such a humble and wise lady.

Ms Doris was one of my teachers at Collinwood High School. I was in her Math class and Home Economics Class. I consider her one of the best teachers of my High School years, from 1964-1967. Sewing has been a favorite hobby of mine since I was a little girl. Ms Doris not only helped me, but encouraged me to improve this skill. While others were making a shirt, she helped me to make a blue wool, lined, two-piece suit with bound button holes. I have this suit on in one of our senior pictures in the school album. Her kindness and patience will never be forgotten. Rebecca Cummins Bain

Mrs Stults was my all time FAVORITE teacher!!!! She was like my 2nd mom!!!! Not only did she teach us she loved us and taught us life lessons that I still go by today!!!! Every time I make a bed I do hospital corners because that is the correct way to do it Mrs Stults told us!!!!! I could go on and on about things this woman taught me that was the kind of teacher and person she was. The last time I saw her she was in The Pig and told me they had to come to Waynesboro for something and thought they would stop by. That always made my day !!! I loved this woman. She was and always will hold a special place in my heart!!!! Heaven gain a wonderful angel !!!
