Anthony “Tony” Cloyce Billings, 64, passed away January 5, 2024, at Maury Regional Hospital after an extended illness. He was a funeral director, of the Baptist faith, and loved fishing, hunting and Tennessee Vols football. Survivors include: Wife of 30 years: Martha Ann Green Dover Billings Son: Charlie Dover (Jennifer) Daughters: Kaley Motschenbacher (Aaron) & Bridgette Newton (Mark) Sister: Beverly Griggs (Barry) Grandchildren: Ashlyn, Atlas, Grace, Drew, Wyatt, Clara, Josiah, Judah, Noah & Ezra Preceded in death by: Parents: Cloyce Durrell Billings & Nell Dean Maynord Billings Grandchildren: Roman, Rosalie & Atticus Motschenbacher Visitation will be on Monday, January 8, 2024, from 11:00am – 1:00pm, at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 1:00pm, in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be at Mount Nebo Cumberland Presbyterian Cemetery in St. Joseph, TN. Family members will serve as pallbearers. The family would like to thank Gentiva Hospice and Susan Nix (caregiver) for their support during his illness. Please make donations in Tony’s memory to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or the Alzheimer’s Association.
