Obituary of Curtis Damon Hall
Please share a memory of Curtis to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Curtis Damon Hall, 57, of Loretto, Tn, passed away February 23, 2023, at Maury Regional Medical Center. Curtis worked in customer service at Story & Lee Furniture and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Curtis was a humble and sincere man who loved life and treasured his family and friends. His charisma, humor, and smile drew people to him, and he made friends wherever he went. He was a poet and musician and poured his soul into every song and every performance. He was a lifelong student of history, an avid reader, a grill master, a painter of abstract art, a self-taught philosopher, and was wise beyond his years. He loved the ocean and having his friends over for parties in his home or by the pool.
As a musician, he was an entertainer. He commanded the stage with his rocking soul and gravelly voice but could switch gears to croon a ballad or love song with the same intensity of “cool”. He loved playing loud and electric with his band brothers but was a master on the acoustic guitar, playing by himself and charming his audiences with his originals and the cover songs that everyone associated with him.
Curtis was a one-of-a-kind generous person and a treasured friend to all who knew him and loved him.
