I’m sorry to hear of Ronnie’s passing. I knew him through fishing the Bass federation tournaments. I always enjoyed talking with him and competing with him. He always had something to say. I’ve missed him my thoughts and prayers are with his friends and family. RIP my friend. And tight lines in your Heavenly home John Thornton
It was an honor meeting Ronnie and Dean and assisting in his care these last few years, Dean was and is the greatest of Nurses and Ronnie could make you laugh and he was a joy to visit. Prayers for all the Rogers family during this time continues.
Ronnie and I worked together at TVA and that’s where our fishing journey began. Ronnie taught me about deep cranking a Mann’s 20’ plus crank bait and It’s still my favorite bait today. I had the pleasure of fishing several tournaments with Ronnie with great success. He was a great friend and we maintained an annual fishing competition each year before his health declined. His nickname was “Shad” and we always had a ball fishing. He will be missed by all. God bless the Rogers family! Sincerely, Jeff McCaleb
