Obituary of Tawana Lawson

Tawana Hall Lawson, 46, of Florence, died February 4, 2011 of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was born Sept. 24, 1964 and was a lifelong resident of Lauderdale County. She was a graduate of Central High School.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Billie Hall. Survivors include her son, Tyler Lawson; granddaughter, Baylee Lawson; father, Herman Hall; a very special son-in-law, Malcolm Lawson; brothers, Jimmy, Ray, Pate, and Jack Hall; sisters, Diane Paulk and Pattie Foster.
The funeral service will be Monday, Feb. 7 at 2:00 p.m. at Hendrix Chapel Church of Christ with Wayne Wood officiating. The body will lie in state from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at the church. Burial will be in Hendrix Chapel Cemetery. Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
Tawana was a one of a kind and was loved by everyone who knew her and will be greatly missed by all.
