Obituary of Harlan "Hub" McGee

Harlan E. "Hub" McGee, 97, of Loretto, TN, passed away February 7, 2012, after an extended illness. Mr. McGee was the owner of McGee Lumber Company and a Catholic. Survivors include: Son: Joseph H. McGee Daughters: Jeanette Hall Joanne Green Beckman and husband Lloyd Elaine Pace and husband Jlynn Patricia Greene Brothers: Glenn McGee and wife Juanita Ray McGee and wife Anne Sister: Elwanda Parrish and husband Howard (11) Grandchildren, (22) Great-grandchildren, and (2) Great-great grandchildren Mr.McGee was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Odell and Pearl Hendrix McGee; his wife Mary Lorene Riddle McGee; his brothers Jimmy McGee, Dick McGee, and Calvin McGee; his sister Willorene Royal; and his great-granddaughter, Hope McGee. Visitation for Mr. McGee will be Thursday, February 9, 2012 from 5:00-8:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home with the rosary prayer service at 7:00 P.M. The funeral service will be Friday at 10:00 A.M. at Loretto Sacred Heart Church with Father Luckas Arulappa and Deacon Sam Beckman officiating. Burial will be in Loretto Sacred Heart Cemetery.
