Obituary of J. Elton Gray

Junior Elton Gray, 82, of Killen, AL, passed away January 20, 2012 after a brief illness. He was a retired Comptroller for Monarch Tile and was a member of the Non-Denominational Center Star Church. Mr. Gray was also a U. S. Army Veteran and served in the Korean War.
Survivors include:
Wife: Geneva Elizabeth Howard Gray
Daughters: Cheryl Ann Coats and Paula Ree Armstrong
Brothers: William Harold Gray, Rex Allen Gray, and Billy Gene Gray
Sister: Margie Nell Myers
(5) Grandchildren: Stephanie Kristen Howes, Steven Trevor Howes, Sarah Elizabeth Armstrong, Zachary Thomas Armstrong, and Noah Patrick Armstrong
He was preceded in death by his parents, Pansy Meadows and Lessie Allen Gray; his brother, Jimmy Ray Gray; and his sister, Vernice Marie Eddy.
Visitation will be Monday, January 23, 2012 from 10:00-11:00 A.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 A.M. with Bro. Stan Pruitt officiating. Burial will be in Richardson Chapel Cemetery. Family members will serve as pallbearers.
