Lessie Mae White, 87, of Killen, AL, passed away September 15, 2019 at her home. Mrs. White was a loving wife and mother and a member of the Pentecostal faith.

 

Mrs. White is survived by:

Son: Rev. Roger D. White (Shirley) of Spring Hill, FL

Daughter: Vanessa G. Torres (Killen, AL)

Grandchildren: Andy Torres, April Bruner, and Matt Bruner

Great-grandchildren: Makenna Bruner and Eli Bruner

Grand-Dogs: Mojito & Fusco

 

She was preceded in death by:

Parents: Joseph Mabron Scott, Sr. and Ollie Lee Powers

Husband: Edward C. White

Son-in-law: Jamie Torres

 

Visitation will be Wednesday, September 18, 2019 from 12-2:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 P.M. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Roger White and Rev. T.D. Rushing officiating. Burial will be in Tabernacle Cemetery. Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.

 

Greenhill Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
