Virgil Bobby Gene Weems, 77, of Florence, AL, passed away January 28, 2019. Mr. Weems was a retired Pentecostal preacher.

Sons: Greg Richardson & Zachery Brian Weems

Daughters: Mona Miller (Patrick), Wendy Richardson, Amanda Gray (Brandy), & Patty Terry (Doug)

Brother: Bro. Jimmy Weems (Lurley)

Sisters: Eloise Thigpen (Alton) & Ethel Holden (Paul)

(11) Grandchildren and (14) Great-grandchildren

He was preceded in death by:

Parents: Frank Weems and Annie Curtis Weems

Brother: Bill Weems

Sister: Gladys Baker

Daughter: Sherry Corum

Visitation will be Monday, February 4, 2019, from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 P.M. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Jeff Street officiating. Burial will be in Hale Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Dustin Richardson, Dillion English, Rod Peden, Hunter Miller, Jerry Weems, Chucky Baker, Jeremiah Lang, and Patrick Miller. Honorary pallbearers will be Tojo Robertson and Timmy Weems.
