Obituary of Anthony Gilley

Anthony Wayne Gilley, 35, of Florence, AL, passed away October 21, 2018.  Mr. Gilley was a carpenter at Brown’s Ferry Nuclear Plant and a member of the Baptist faith.

                                Sons: Kane, Brodie, and Paxton Gilley

                                Father: Mark Anthony Gilley

                                Mother: Judy Gale Thigpen Gilley

                                Sister: Crystal Layne

                                Grandmother: Christine Gilley

                                Numerous Cousins and Friends

Visitation will be Tuesday, October 23, 2018 from 5-8:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Wednesday at 11:00 A.M. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Tim Grigsby officiating. Burial will be in Lone Cedar Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Heath Allen, Brandon Comer, Nick Williams, Daniel Holt, Josh Hammond, and Matt Thornton. Honorary pallbearers will be Lloyd Wallace, Buddy Thompson, and the current little league ball team.

The family would like to especially thank the Killen Fire Department and also Brandy Jackson for their help during this difficult time.
