Obituary of Kenneth Hines
William Kenneth Hines, 87, of Florence, passed away February 24, 2018. He was a faithful member of Milner’s Chapel, retired from Reynolds Metals and a veteran of the Air Force-Army division. He was a member of several gospel and blue grass groups through the years. He was an avid Alabama fan, loved hunting, fishing and blue grass music.
Kenneth was well known for his smile, kindness, gentle nature and sweet soul. His love for his Lord, his wife, his family and his church was evident to everyone that knew him.
He was an amazing man that touched people’s hearts with his smile, and left them inspired by his example to be a better friend, father, and man of God.

Wife: Helen Hines
Parents: Tommy Lee & Eva Hines
Brothers: Clifford, Elmer, Joe Thomas, TL Jr., James
Sisters: Lucille, Pauline, Willie Tee, Geneva
Visitation for Mr. Hines will be Monday, February 26, from 5:000pm-8:00pm at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Tuesday, February 27, at 11:00am, in the funeral home chapel, with Bro. Rickey Green, Steve Hogan and Jimmy Goins officiating. Burial will follow in Emmaline Stutts Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be: Danny Hines, Kyle Hogan, Dustin Young, Josh Hines, Jimmy Hughes & Dusty Brown.
