Obituary of Cliff Bates

~~Carmel Clifton “Cliff” Bates, 69, of Killen, AL, passed away June 26, 2017 at ECM Hospital. Mr. Bates was a retired salesman and a Baptist.

 Mr. Bates is survived by:

  Sons:        Clifton Bates of Rogersville, AL
       John Bates of Rogersville
       Jeff Bates of Flint, MI
  Daughter: Brandy Lapeer of Killen
  Brothers:  Danny Bates of Grand Blank, MI
       Gene Bates of Waterloo, AL
  Sister:        Regina Cole of Florence, AL
  (14) Grandchildren and (3) Great-grandchildren

 He was preceded in death by his father Carmel Cleo Bates, his wife Mattie Bates, and his daughter Leann Bates.

 There will be a Memorial Service held for Mr. Bates on Friday, June 30, 2017 at 3:00 P.M. in the chapel of Greenhill Funeral Home with Bro. James Waddell officiating.
